OUR PREMISES

The building located on Salta 1035/1039 was designed by architect Alejandro Christophersen (1866-1946) and constructed in 1926 on request of the Estrugamou family.

The building is an outstanding token of Buenos Aires' golden age strongly influenced by the French academic architectural style. Characteristically, the façade features the neoclassical symmetry. The ground floor, separated from the upper floors by a notorious cornice, presents a grand entrance on each side of the central arched window.

The upper floors sustain the façade symmetry with three grand apertures, the balconies of which have a different design on each floor. The building is topped by a balustrade with a triangular tympanum in the center. The architectural merits are completed by high quality materials, spacious rooms deployed in a broad evolution to ensure abundant luminosity.

The traditional elegance and distinction of the building persist through the years as the legacy of a historical savoir-faire.
We carry out our professional activity on the second floor of this building.
